1.How do I place my stock order?

Answer:

You can do this by either placing your order online on the Buon Gusto Ordering Portal or by completing the latest order sheet received from Buon Gusto Distribution and faxing it to your respective order contact person at BGFS. Here is that contact list again:

2.When must I place my stock order?

Answer: To be able to have sufficient time to release pick and route your stock, we need to have your order at least 48 hours before delivery. Also your stock order must be received by Buon Gusto Orders Department by 11:00 to be taken into the process.

We ask that in the event that your order is going to be late or you have difficulty placing an order to please let us know as soon as possible.

 

If your order is late we can not guarantee that you will receive your delivery and an Internal Sales Representative will contact you with alternative options and the collection times.

3.What will happen if Buon Gusto Distribution does not have an item that I ordered?

Out-of-stock Stamp

Answer: You will receive a notification of Out of Stocks per email in advance, if we have received your order and there is an Out of Stock item ordered we will contact you and advise you of the status and soonest delivery time of the product. We will deliver as soon as possible.

4.Who will be doing the actual delivery?

Answer: Buon Gusto Distribution have partnered with Coldsure Distribution Services (CDS) who are specialists in the delivery of frozen and chilled product to various retail outlets. Vehicle locations, temperatures and service levels are monitored continuously by CDS’s call centre.

 

Buon Gusto also has their own fleet of refrigirated trucks that have recently joined the map, giving us more flexibility and better control over deliveries and routes. 

5.Who should I contact to trace my delivery?

Answer: If your order has not arrived or if you would like to track your orders progress feel free to contact the CDS's call centre at 016 933 4757, who will be able to assist you with real time tracking and location. Alternativly if your order is on one of our own fleet,you can contact your Distribution Centre and request an update on your drop time.

Your orders are still subject to be credit vetted and should be placed at least 48 hours prior to delivery date. All stock is also subject to availability,and pricing may vary slightly*.
